I have been running our companies servers for 2yrs+ with a linux server and just this year I have seen really shocking DDOS attack on my server. Spammers eating up bandwidth connecting like crazy sand storm every second. Wake up administrators of globe! There is a software called FIREWALL where you can filter this nuisance.
